Thanks! I should've close the aperture a little bit more, because you can notice that the drops on the bottom start to get a little blurry, plus I didn't really centre the camera all that well. But I think it's a nice picture myself, especially for a first time ever doing something like it (:

you should do more :] also, if you lower the shutter speed, and take pictures with the water running a little faster, it'll look like smoke. i've only tried that a few times, and it hasn't been with a faucet or anything (try it and see, though!) it works better with water that's constantly moving though, like waterfalls and rivers and stuff.
The only place dark enough for it though is my bathroom, which is tiny And that's a really good idea! I did have a slow shutter speed for this pic, it was 1.6 seconds; what I did was I turned off all the lights so it was pitch black, I opened the shutter and I fired my external flash. But if I left the lights on it'd make it look all smoky I really wanna try that now <3
